The Balm Foundation's industrial workshop and KUNDERT have been working closely together for many years.

The Balm Foundation is a non-profit organisation that offers people with mental disabilities a home, a school or a workplace. In the industrial district of Buech in Rapperswil-Jona, and therefore in our immediate neighbourhood, the Balm Foundation operates an industrial workshop that offers almost 100 people supervised work and training positions in the areas of mailing, dispatch, packaging, assembly and mechanical production.

In order to offer Balm employees more variety, KUNDERT offers a supervised workplace in the area of component assembly. This means that someone from the industrial workshop always works with us for a week at a time. Care is always taken to ensure that the respective activity corresponds to the interests and skills of the Balm employees working for us. This means that a different person works with us every week, at their own pace and in an activity that they enjoy.
