Customer-specific sections and tubes
Introduction
KUNDERT specialises in the supply of profiles and special thermoplastic tubes for industry, medical and food technology. The geometry and material are precisely matched to the respective application. Profiles and pipes are manufactured using a pressure and temperature-controlled extrusion process. In this manufacturing process, the material is melted and continuously pressed into shape through a die.

Wide range of different materials and geometries
In addition, reinforcing materials such as metals can be incorporated, plastics with different properties can be joined using the laminating process or hard/soft compounds can be produced, for example for sealing lips.
Special tubes with a minimum diameter of 2 to 3 mm and a maximum diameter of 90 mm can be realised. Any wall thickness gradation from 0.3 to 20 mm can be realised.
