In order to further improve the training of technical professions at KUNDERT, we will be training future generations of apprentices together with libs - Industrielle Berufslehren Schweiz from 1 January 2024.

The aim of this strategic partnership is to strengthen the technical professions and make them more attractive to apprentices.

While the apprentices will complete their basic training at libs in Rapperswil for the first two years (polymechanics) or the first year (production mechanics), the specialisation training will take place at KUNDERT in Jona for the following two years.

The apprentices are professionally supervised by libs for the entire duration of their apprenticeship and are integrated into a large team of other apprentices from other companies in the region.
